Anybody else deal with horrible Charley horse-type cramps after working out? I have them in the middle of the night, when I sit or when I stand, and they are relentless.

A banana before working out or in the middle of the night works wonders. A banana and lots of water. Advice from a yoga instructor: in the first 10-20 seconds of a “stretch,” the body sees this as movement; if the goal is truly to stretch, hold 30 seconds minimum. Any salt but oxide. What can I do about this unbearable itching in compression? My leg compression does not bother me, but my arm compression it so itchy I can’t sleep.

Does anyone have scar tissue from sores on the back of their thighs from pressure or rubbing of the legs while getting up and down from plastic toilet seats? Both of my legs are hurting so much, and there’s scar tissue or tags that haven’t healed.

Bubble wrap (for packaging) works wonders to pad a toilet seat. It’s readily available and disposable. And it’s a “must have” after liposuction surgery on the thighs.

Does anybody have a lotion that they love? I am struggling to find products that don’t bother me (histamine intolerance).
